Change of Personal Information Checklist

FOR NRPC MEMBERS:

Change of personal information when you move or a pensioner, survivor or former employee dies

The following information is a handy checklist of the people, groups and organizations that must be informed when you move or if a pensioner, pensioner survivor or former employee dies. There are usually more of these contacts than people realize.

For many of these contacts that involve notification of a death, you must also send a copy of the death certificate. How to Become a New Member Online

This section describes how to become an NRPC Member using our new, upgraded registration and payment system.  This process allows you to both register your contact information and pay your Membership Fee.

How to Become a Member or Renew Membership Offline Through the Mail

These instructions are only provided so that you can print out a copy for your friends or acquaintances who do not have internet access themselves.  If you have internet access and want to become a member, please see the separate instructions specifically for that topic.

Print out the registration form below using the print icon at the top right and mail it to the appropriate address shown on the bottom of the form.  If at all possible, use the online registration process instead since it causes less work for our volunteers.
